Work injury visits may involve musculoskeletal pain, back or neck pain, joint concerns, soft-tissue injuries, functional limitations, and recovery planning related to a workplace injury.
Claim information
Patients should provide claim information, employer or claim manager details when available, prior treatment records, imaging reports, and any forms or instructions related to the work injury claim.
Care planning
Visits may include clinical evaluation, review of prior care, discussion of restrictions or next steps when clinically appropriate, and coordination with the claim process as allowed.
Before scheduling
True North Health Clinic may provide appointment-based evaluation and follow-up care for Washington work injury concerns when the visit is appropriate for the clinic and claim details can be reviewed. Acceptance of a visit does not guarantee claim approval, treatment authorization, or payment by L&I or another payer. Emergency or urgent workplace injuries should be directed to the appropriate urgent or emergency setting.
